Faye Sampson, Owner
Faye recalls that a nearby Arabian horse farm was like a magnet for her while growing up. The horses intrigued her. It wasn't until she was a young adult, however, that Faye began to take riding lessons and establish her personal connection to the horses that previously had been distant objections of fascination. In time Faye bought SJD Keepsake, a three year old purebred who became her foundation mare and the namesake for Keepsake Arabians. The teenager who had admired Arabian horses in a neighbor's field became an exhibitor in the Arabian show ring. Today Faye shows her horses in Hunter and Western Pleasure. Her other passion is to breed Arabian horses that are beautiful athletes. Arabian horses have given Faye many special friends and moments to cherish. Keepsake Arabians and its state-of-the-art facility expands Faye's involvement with Arabian horses and is one way to give something back to the Arabian horse industry. |

Debbie Reid, Trainer/Manager
The road to Keepsake for Debbie began in Ontario, Canada where the "horse-crazy" teenager bought her first horse and competed in local shows. In time, Debbie bought Clonsilla++, a Half-Arabian mare who truly fit the "versatile arabian" descriptor. Debbie showed Clonsilla++ successfully in Western, English, Jumping, In Hand and whatever else was part of the show schedule. With Clonsilla++, Debbie found her niche in the Arabian horse world. After working with various trainers in Canada and the United States, Debbie started her own training business. Today her successes in the show ring and those of her clients are recognized across all divisions and at all levels - from Class A and Regional shows to National Championships. In 2005 Debbie was honored by APAHA with the prestigious Hunter/Show Hack Trainer Female Award. |

Nicole Spinella, Trainer
Being treated to pony rides as a child gave Nicole the "bug". Her strategy for getting a horse of her own was to get her mother interested in Arabians and, sure enough, Nicole soon had her first Arabian horse. From that point on, Nicole became a beloved "barn rat" and spent every waking moment in a barn to hone her skills and knowledge as a horsewoman - even while in college and earning a degree in Psychology. At Keepsake, Nicole spends her time riding, starting young horses, halter breaking foals and whatever else is on the day's shedule. |
